Key Resources for Students, Faculty and Staff
Dear Mountaineer Students, Faculty and Staff,
As we approach the end of the semester, we recognize that among the many joys associated with the end of a semester and the approaching holiday season, holiday, personal and end-of-semester stress is also common. At App State, we have many resources available to you to help manage academic and social pressures, and focus on maintaining your physical and mental health.
Below is a list of some of the resources available to support you, now and throughout the academic year. We encourage you to review these resources, to share them with your friends and colleagues, to find ways to take care of yourselves, and to offer support to others who may need it.
We also encourage you to remember the Office of the Dean of Students, Academic Affairs office and App State Police. If you don’t know who to ask for help, our offices are key places where you can get connected to resources and support, as well as to verify the accuracy of rumors you may be hearing.
