    Appalachian State University will test its campus siren warning system at 11:55 a.m., Wednesday, March 3. Examples of the tones that are used in an emergency or during tests can be heard online by visiting the Siren Warning System webpage on App State’s Emergency Preparedness website. Update: Water main break: Buildings where boiling water is necessary and buildings where it is not

All the buildings listed below are served by Town of Boone water, and, therefore, everyone in those buildings SHOULD BOIL the water from these buildings before consuming it. All other buildings on campus have no water served by Town of Boone, and therefore, the water is safe to drink without boiling.
